We ship to addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $4.95.

Orders are packed in 1–3 business days and delivered in 3–7 business days after shipping. You get a tracking link by email.

Each piece is wrapped and padded so points and polished faces arrive safely. Small stones come in a gift pouch.

You can return items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. There is no restocking fee.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return postage. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we cover everything, including a free replacement or full refund.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.

It will be the same mineral and style, but every natural stone has its own color, size, shape and pattern, so yours will be one of a kind.

Aura quartz is natural quartz with a thin metallic coating that gives it a rainbow or colored sheen. Every coated piece is labeled on its product page.

A cluster is a group of natural crystal points grown together. A tower is a stone cut and polished into an obelisk shape. A raw stone is a rough piece left in its natural form.

Most of our polished towers are about 3 to 4.2 inches tall. Exact sizes are listed on each product page.

Dust them with a soft dry brush or cloth. Avoid soaking soft or coated stones, and keep amethyst and other color-sensitive stones out of strong direct sunlight to help prevent fading.
