These Terms govern your use of sunapeerockshop.com, operated by Sunapee Rock Shop. By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Products and descriptions

We describe each product's materials, size and condition as accurately as we can. Natural stones vary in color, size, shape and pattern, so the piece you receive will differ slightly from the photo. Coated (aura) and tumbled stones are labeled on their product pages.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

3. Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or an order looks fraudulent.

4. Shipping and returns

5. Use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site or interfere with its operation.

6. Intellectual property

Site content, including text, graphics and layout, belongs to Sunapee Rock Shop or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.
