Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
• Natural variation in color, size and pattern is not a defect, but you are still welcome to return a stone within the return window.

How to return

Email support@sunapeerockshop.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. We reply with the return address and instructions.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, return postage is paid by the customer. If the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect — or never arrived — we cover everything, including a free replacement or full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. There is no restocking fee.

Exchanges

Need a different item? Request an exchange within 30 days. We ship the replacement once the original item is received, subject to availability.
